1. No Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our Software as a Service (SaaS) and the intensive computational resources consumed during rendering operations, all sales are final. NEO CLOUD INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED maintains a strict No Refund policy.

• Subscriptions: Subscription fees are strictly non-refundable. We do not provide refunds, prorated billing, or credits for any partial subscription periods, unused processing time, or account inactivity.

  
  

• Add-Ons: Purchases of rendering credits, storage expansions, or any other add-on features are final and non-refundable once the transaction has been successfully processed.
  
  

2. Cancellations: You maintain the right to cancel your paid FluxRender subscription at any time by switching your account to the Free plan.

• How to Cancel: To initiate a cancellation, navigate to your account billing settings within the platform and select the option to switch to the Free plan.

• Access Period: If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the paid features of your current tier until the end of your active billing cycle. Once the cycle concludes, your account will automatically transition to the Free plan.

• Billing Impact: Changing to the Free plan stops all future recurring subscription charges, but does not entitle you to a refund, credit, or proration for previously charged amounts or unused time in the current cycle.

3. Payment Discrepancies: If your payment is successful and the funds have been deducted from your account, but the subscription or add-on is not reflected in your FluxRender dashboard, please do not initiate a bank chargeback. Instead, contact us immediately at help@fluxrender.io. Please include your transaction receipt or payment reference number, and our support team will promptly verify the transaction and credit your account.

4. Statutory Rights & Exceptions: Notwithstanding the strict no-refund policy above, this policy does not override any mandatory rights you may have under the Indian Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. If the FluxRender service is found to fail to provide the core services as a rendering service, you may be entitled to a refund. Such claims must be submitted to our support team for review.
